He made a couple of weeks since Google launched +, and with the exception of China has blocked the use, people seem to like it. This is good news for Google, after the failures of word of mouth and waves and bad news for Facebook that now has a serious competitor in the space of social networks.

It could be anythng like the car was abandoned for some time. This is probably a bear. Bears have an incredible sense of smell and the smell of an unopened bottle of soda and pieces of food from old left in the car. This type can be a criminal or crazy or both. Have also been known to chew the insulation materials and furniture padding. I have read a bear, once broken to get to an empty fridge isolated, because the flavor is similar to ants. A little research would show him. This is the dumbest thing I ever heard.

A week or maybe two seems more reasonable. Stockpile. Rationally. A month or so ahead of their expiration dates, rotate the stash to your kitchen to be used, and restock the emergency supply. It deftly used humor to try and draw attention to the serious matter of doing your very best to make sure you will be able to take care of yourself in a disaster, before emergency relief arrives. And by all means, tuck away some non-perishables from the grocery store. In case you missed it, the Centers for Disease Control had some great fun with the t offering advice on how to survive the Zombie Apocalypse by having a disaster preparedness plan in place. You can read the CDC’s blog post for a full rundown of must haves (or check out FEMA’s emergency packing list.) In terms of supplies, you’ll want to tuck away a gallon of water per person per day (plan on at least three days worth, preferably a whole lot more), and fill some waterproof boxes with non-perishable food and medications. I’m a bit dubious about some commercial outfits pushing specially packaged food that has a 25-year shelf life (the better to store in the garage), in quantities that can feed your family for six months or longer. 4.

Yesterday, however, a press release announced–yet again–that all of the console’s network services will be back by the end of the week. At the time, Sony released daily updates via their official blog to alert the gaming community of the imminent return of the PSN and Qriocity services. April 20th marked the discovery of a hacker attack that continues to plague Sony and their fans. Days quickly turned into weeks, and although they were able to restore some of the PlayStation’s online features, full functionality is still unavailable.

There seems to be one theme twisted into a hundred different movies. Spider Man ! & 3 were similar. My husband and I haven’t gone to the movies in about a year. Netflix is good for older or favorite movies, but I’m not wasting any money even on them to see movies. I’ll just watch the new movies when they come on TV or one that I really want I’ll use Redbox. We’ve only watched a few on Netflix. Cheaper by the Dozen 1 & 2 were basically the same story. They need to stop doing the sequel idea in Hollywood and focus on story telling again. Scary movie 1,2 & 4 were about the same. Spider Man 2 was the best. Scary movie 3 was the best of the bunch.

His producer, Erik Nelson — a professional friend and an occasional Salon contributor — jokes that Herzog is the first director of the recent 3-D renaissance to use the technology for good, not for evil. That’s not entirely fair, but it’s close. Certainly Herzog has opened up new aesthetic and journalistic possibilities for 3-D, and almost new spiritual possibilities as well, in terms of evoking unusual and specific experiences and environments in ways conventional cinema can’t. And thirdly, just to bring this down to the level of user experience, yes, “Cave of Forgotten Dreams” will become a classic drug movie almost immediately, although the experience is mind-altering enough without any augmentation. Let’s go over that again briefly: Werner Herzog has made a 3-D movie that’s almost entirely set inside a cave full of Stone Age art. Secondly, yes, the art is beautiful, even stunningly accomplished, and these images are breathtaking — unlike anything you’ve seen before or will see again.
