During the mating season, males become extremely aggressive, and women are based on several tactics to defend themselves. including all sexual relations at the same time. The "Battle of the Sexes," the phrase literally applies Assam macaques South Asia.

Part of this may be the frustration of playing -- because females do not show signs of fertility and her partner at all points of their menstrual cycle, there is never a guarantee that sex will lead to the design. The mating season lasts from October to January, and men tend to be more aggressive as the season progresses. This is the basic situation of Assam macaques living in the populations of some three dozen monkeys, of which there are a dozen of each adult male and female.

Despite their aggressive mating season, male macaques Assam, in fact become very good father, though a bit "involuntarily. And men actually do most of the responsibilities of parents. Unlike species in which every parent knows what her son, male macaques are not going around killing the young of other males. This leads to serious confusion in men who have children, and that has benefits serious for women and the population as a whole.

But this only works if all men are not sure about the paternity of their children. This is where the dominant alpha male complicate matters -- should be able to intimidate and control other people so they can monopolize several females, which means you need to know to make sure your child is.

By studying one of the crew macaques in Thailand, found that women tend to mate together at the same time. The alpha male, of course, you could choose a mate, leaving all the other women are free to find other partners. Researchers at the University of German Gttingen decided to solve this mystery and find an answer really impressive. Every day, the females are ready to have sex all or they were not.

And "something" fascinating cooperative behavior, and lead researcher Agnes Frtbauer believe that women developed specifically for this strategy to ensure that all partners can take over without risking the wrath of the alpha male, not to talk about men taking a incentive to care for children. Basically, the group of sex crazy build social harmony. at least among the macaques.

Three months later, with a new plan to feed the country without nuclear power and increased use of renewables, Parliament voted to permanently close. Nuclear power plants produce over nearly a quarter of electricity in Germany. However, after the tsunami and the earthquake that sent radiation throwing Fukushima, Japan end of the world, the government dropped eight of Germany's oldest reactors, 17 of them with two floors of gray in this city a few days.

Then there is a real concern that the plan to get rid of efforts to curb global warming caused by man, since all the shortcomings of nuclear energy, has low emissions. If Germany's fourth largest economy in the world falls into the dirty coal plants or uncertain supply of natural gas from Russia, is a potential risk to the commercial law?.

In the aftermath of the London riots, Britain’s prime minister has said the government is considering blocking people from using social media such as Twitter and Facebook, and a British MP has compared this kind of shutdown to closing a road or shutting down train service during an emergency. Today in the , a columnist makes effectively the same argument, saying a ban on social media does not violate the principle of freedom of speech, and “techno-utopians” are getting worried about nothing. But are they? Or are these kinds of moves a step on a slippery slope that leads to Chinese-style control over information networks?.

In a series of comments posted to Twitter in the wake of the London riots, MP Louise Mensch said that she sees the shutdown of all social-media and other communication networks as no different from the police closing a road during an emergency. Britain’s prime minister isn’t the only one considering a social-media shutdown. If in a major national emergency police think Twitter and FB should take an hour off? So be it,” she wrote. “I don’t have a problem with a brief temporary shutdown of social media just as I don’t have a problem with a brief road or rail closure.” She went on to say:.

We’d all survive if Twitter shut down for a short while during major riots… Social media isn’t any more important than a train station, a road or a bus service… If riot info and fear is spreading by Facebook & Twitter, shut them off for an hour or two, then restore. If short, necessary and only used in an emergency, so what. World won’t implode.

But despite Crovitz’s blas response to the idea, every subsequent shutdown or restriction chips away at important principles like freedom of speech. Do governments have the right to restrict those kinds of things in certain emergency situations? Sure they do. This kind of argument that “the world didn’t end” or “the world won’t implode” is part of the problem: It encourages us to see such behavior as fine so long as there isn’t a massive negative outcome. But those situations should be chosen very carefully, and we should force the authorities who do so to justify that choice.

Advocates of a shutdown like to claim that no one has a right to use Twitter, or that such tools are inconsequential and frivolous, and so a ban doesn’t matter. Public speech, of the kind that social-media tools like Twitter and Facebook allow — not to mention cellphone or other networks — isn’t like driving to the store for a carton of milk, where a mild inconvenience is not a big deal. But restricting speech is wrong, no matter what tool the speaker is using to distribute it, or how silly we think the service is. Aren’t these kinds of restrictions just like closing a road, as Louise Mensch argues? No.

Before the web, giant businesses run by powerful individuals controlled the unidirectional flow of information and opinion; TV, radio, and newspapers were broadcast only. Any attempt to muffle those voices would just be the next step in the destruction of the constitution, which began with the obscenely named Patriot act. The web gave people a feedback path and the ability to have their voices heard, and FB and twitter provide amplification for those voices.

I think we have to consider public safety and intent when exercising this power. The freedom of speech was not impaired. There are plenty of examples of cities requiring protesters to remain in certain areas and requirements that they not block access to services for non-participants. When you have a group of proven, violent “protesters” in a dangerous location (high-speed trains whizzing past and high-power third rails with no barriers) the greater good means keeping people from serious injury and death. But no one is free to infringe on the rights of others or to damage private property in the name of a cause. They were still free to be on the platform and chant and pass out material.

They are both publishing platforms just like any newspaper or magazine. As such, there is no right to use Twitter and Facebook. But, newspapers and magazines have the right to publish. So government should not have the power to summarily shut them down or restrict access. But, Twitter and Facebook have the right to be used. Do columnists or reporters have the right to have their words published in newspapers or magazines? No. The newspapers and magazines grant that ability to the people they employ.

Thus, any user actually leaves the network -- instead, it seems fair to enter the network. This is a working smart about privacy. Each time a customer receives one of these occasions, the bank gets a commission. Like Facebook allows advertisers to target specific types of users based on their profile information (without having to provide profile information to advertisers), the banks plan to allow advertisers to distribute offers and coupons discount for the customer based on what they bought before.

Consumers are now underway to see offers they are really interested because they are based on the behavior of spending .. It's better than Groupon and LivingSocial, because with such offers, if I am a man, I always could offer to go to the salon or something not very relevant to me, says [Madeline Aufseeser, senior analyst at Aite Group] .

Outside GOP money has played a role, too, by expanding the playing field. *** Why Dems are on the verge of losing the House: Over the last two days, we’ve explained how Republicans could win control of the House, or how Democrats could be able to hold on to their majority. Here’s why Democrats are on the verge of losing the House and maybe (though much less likely) the Senate. Today, we turn to the why. Part of it would be the nation’s disinclination of one-party control. And there’s this: Democrats, after two years in FULL control, were unable to deliver on their biggest thematic promise to change the way the Washington works. Part of it would be history (a president’s party almost always loses seats in a midterm cycle). Another culprit would be Democrats’ inability to sell the public on the health-care law and their inability to fire up their base. Much of it would be due to the nation’s high unemployment rate (9.6%), and the economic stimulus’ inability to reduce it substantially over the past two years. Just those four items in one stew would be enough to put Democrats on the verge of a loss in House control, but it doesn’t end there.

Democrats aren’t going to win or lose the House because of these groups. Gerry Connolly, who represents a district Obama won with 57% of the vote in 2008. As Hotline reports, the DCCC has purchased “$21.6 million worth of air time in 66 districts… Among those 66 districts, many were once considered safe Democratic seats, including those held by Reps. *** Expanding the House playing field: Those of us who live in the DC area are seeing just how wide the House field is expanding, with the DCCC now running TV ads to protect Virginia Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-Va.), Gary Peters (D-Mich.), Bruce Braley (D-Iowa) and Raul Grijalva (D-Ariz.). By the way, if Democrats had this kind of extra money in 2006, they would have gained the extra 20 seats in 2006 that they eventually picked up two years later. Only three of the seats in which Democrats are advertising are held by Republicans.” Bottom line: Democrats are doing what they can — just so they might be able to get their congressional majority back in 2012. But these groups are impacting the size of the wave that’s coming… Any gain over 52 seats may be directly attributable to the GOP outside groups. And the reason Dems are having to go into these once-safe seats is largely due to outside GOP groups.

All this DEM/REP political babble is pathetic. Here’s the issue, and spare me the spin, when the Democrats took control as the majority party, they promised change, for the good and the American people gave them the opportunity to make that change. They had the opportunity to step up as the leader and bring both houses together, however, the only problem the with Democrats is that they continued to cry the same excuses, while now being the majority. The midterm election results will reflect how the people are angry, how they feel like victims without a voice. They are crying for something to be done.Voting decisions are based on the gut feeling voters feel at that moment when walk into that booth.

Almost 300,000 dollars per job saved or created. The fact is that barney franke, maxine waters, chris dodd and other democrats just 3 months or so before the financial market collapsed, stated nothing was wrong. These and many more reasons are why people are fed up with pelosi. They have done nothing on SSI, but try to scare the American people into thinking that Republicans want to privatize SSI and it will ruin SSI. That includes people that even worked for one hour. The house has passed a stimulus bill that did very little. They are anti business, which are the ones that hire people. They are going to Bush’s tax cuts expire and will cost a family of 4 making $40,000 per year about $2,600 more in income taxes. The first time in history. They have not addressed getting people jobs. Why do you think she is gone? 800 billion for 3 million jobs. Wow, are you way off. Why are people against Pelosi? She, obama, and the dems have done nothing, but lie. The dems will still say no problem until the senior citizens and disabled Americans can no longer get their money. Bush sent representatives to capital hill at least 17 times to warn them and were ignored. MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, NPR, and other news outlets slant so far to the left. Now the same dems keep saying there is no problem with SSI. They passed a healthcare bill that the majority of americans do not want. More in taxes for the middle class. Even Christine Romer, obama’s lead on his economic council stated this on camera. This is by far, the most pathetic congress we have ever had. The most honest congress is what pelosi said and still does nothing with waters and rangel. I can not even believe that any one has the sanity to say anything else. SSI and Medicare is now paying out more than it is taking in. The democrats have done nothing but scare the crap and use personal attacks when people do not agree with them. They have not even proposed a 2010-11 budget.

It’s time to give the Republican a chance to do something regardless if they fall short in convenciencing the house. It’s about time the Democrats lose. Personally, I and many would love to see Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich be our house leader.heck.may as well give them the Presidency since our current standing from House and White House isn’t doing anything but partying it up using our tax dollars.heck.even our fed income tax is even unconstitutional.it’s about time we go from change and back to tradition. This is the lowest part of our voting system. An increasing amount of voters are notifying authorities that Democratic votes are already check marked by the time a voter get up on the booth. Democrats are already cheating on the polls.

It is the policies of this administration and the Democrats that have prolonged the recession and stifled growth. Hundreds of billions have been spent on programs that were temporary band aids at best but did nothing to stop the bleeding. They couldn’t get things moving with large majorities, so it become even easier to sew discord and block legislation. The consistent hemorrhage of jobs for the last 22 months and the inability to do anything constructive about it is the real problem. Look for a continuing flat economy if they maintain control of house and senate because certainly their majorities will be even smaller.

But the Democrats still have a sizable cash advantage in their party committees – making this year’s elections a lot more of a fair fight than Vice President Joe Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi let on. It’s true that conservative third-party groups are outspending their Democratic rivals.

all for democrats. I am Offended that Unions uses peoples Union dues to try and sway Elections when a portion of their Members tell them they dont want their dues used in that way. well go figure. Yes, John. It offends me that they pretty much tell their Members . and then us Tax payers have to Bail Unions out because the Leadership has Spent your money unwisely. We the Elite part of the Unions will use YOUR money how we want and we dont care what you think…

They still favored more action, like aid to states and tax cuts, but it was no longer their top priority. The nascent recovery removed the urgency that the Obama administration and Democratic senators felt in early 2009. Today, that brief period of optimism looks like one of the worst things that could have happened to the White House, other Democrats and, above all, the economy.

We are a free people with an opportunity to make things better. Really? How does that help me? Granted healthcare in this country is way too expensive, but can we do something about the people who aren’t citizens who use it? Are the American taxpayers expected to provide healthcare to anyone who cares to cross our open borders? I really don’t mind helping Americans who need healthcare; I do mind helping the world at large when countries are doing nothing to curb the crime and corruption that makes their governments weak and ineffective. Is it true that health care benefits now provided by employers will be taxed as income starting next year? If so, how does this help me? It means I will be paying even more for diminishing healthcare options. Put aside all the rhetoric about Democrats, Republican, TEA party rivalries — this election is an AMERICAN opportunity to have a voice in how this country is governed. I’ve already been advised that some of the medications previously available will no longer be on the approved list. We’re not perfect — we’re human. I don’t care for a lot of what goes on in Washington DC or even in some State houses, for that matter. We have larger problems than how much each party is raising money and spending it on this election — it’s too much, of course, but is that the real issue? I haven’t read anything here that addresses what I see as top priorities: illegal immigration and terrorism. But keep your eyes on the larger picture. God knows it was nothing we did that caused us to be born in the greatest nation on earth.

Last year, travelers can wait until the last minute to book flights more calls this year is very different. Book now! That's the advice of the tourism industry, aimed squarely at tourists. Airlines offer fewer flights to and from destinations less, so that the best price you can pull ahead. And while hotels are open to negotiating prices, as previous best.

The use of kayaks or other travel search engine to see the prices of their destiny, with a range of dates and options for departure and arrival. For example, if you're flying to San Francisco, be sure to check Oakland and San Jose (where applicable) ticket prices. Delete the first flight in a day's work is often less expensive, have chosen a flight on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays to save more. Fly on peak days (usually two days before or two days after a holiday), you can add up to $ 30 in surcharges and all the streets in order to avoid these dates if possible.

A friend who fell at first, you can save a lot of stress, nightmares and bus parking. Transportation from the airport in advance, and consider options for public transportation in the plan. If you have to park the car near the airport, call ahead and reserve a seat – Thanksgiving and Christmas travel off-airport parking lots fill those in a hurry.

Be prepared for long delays and maintenance of packaging materials for reading, snacks, environment, airport security, a game of cards and dice. And if you're stuck overnight because of the time, remember to bring airlines 1-800 number for help rebooking. If you plan on carrying favorite electronic device, do not forget the power cords and use the time waiting at the door to recharge the batteries before a flight.

Ask Aunt Sally verify with their neighbors, the opportunity may arise housesitting. Job Search by Hotwire and Priceline, or call the hotel directly and negotiate. The cheapest option would be to stay with his aunt Sally, but if all three of their children and their spouses, relatives and long lost Uncle Ken abroad to visit, best, sanity-wise could be a hotel cheap fence. Or visit the shelters in the region – Las Vegas is a good right on the Strip!.

Not only can you get to try more menu options, you can also save space for later treatment!. Arthur Frommer, the budget traveler known, suggests eating at least one meal a day picnic trip. Get a quality meal at a weekly farmers market, or plan to spend the night at the hotel after a day of sightseeing with a bowl of soup in prepared foods counter of a store near you. When eating out, consider sharing or dividing your entry with your traveling companion.

But work on a first come, offering one-day tickets, if you're willing to spend several hours in line at the location of the program.). And if you are able to plan a visit to New York, Los Angeles or Chicago long before, try to get tickets for your favorite TV shows: most of them (For more information, please see the website of each sample many that require you to call or email in advance with your name and address, and visitors through a lottery selection.
